Kishoreganj Police celebrates Community Policing Day

Kishoreganj District Police arranged a colour full rally, discussion, cap distribution and cultural function marking the Community Policing Day on Saturday.
Kishoreganj DC Md. Abul Kalam Azad attended the program as chief guest and ADM Kazi Mohua Momtaj, Civil Surgeon (CS) Dr. Saiful Islam, and NSI DD Md. Iqbal were special guests while Police Super (SP) Mohammad Rasel Sheikh PPM (Bar) presided over the programme.
Besides, a discussion meeting, crest and certificate awarding ceremony were held at Police Lines Auditorium.
SP Mohammad Rasel Sheikh PMM (Bar) said that in controlling criminal activities and solving criminal cases, community police are helping police in different ways.
Later, a colour full rally brought out in the town on Saturday morning led by DC Abul Kalam Azad and SP Rasel Sheikh, PMM (Bar).
