BCL activist beaten to death in Bagerhat

One Imran Hossain (22) , a BCL (Bangladesh Chatra League) activist and son of one Jalil Shaikh of village Kalmibunia former UP member of Badhal Union Parishad under Kachua Upazila in Bagerhat district was beaten to death by his opponents in Shakharikathi village market in the same Union on Tuesday, according to a delayed report received here.
It is learnt from the locals that on the day afternoon the wife of one Mohsin Shaikh of village Kalmibunia and his 2 sons named Shakil Shaikh and Rabbi Shaikh went to the local Shakharikathi village market where they found ill-fated Imran Hossain and began to beat him left and right following an enmity prevailing between the attackers and the attacked Imran and at one stage they hit on his (Imran) head forcefully with bricks.
