Youth to be skilled manpower thru’ vocational training

Member of Parliament from Natore-4 Constituency Dr. Md. Siddiqur Rahman Patwari said, the role of youth society in building Smart Bangladesh is immense. Youth should be transformed into skilled manpower with various vocational training. Not unemployment, life should be made work-oriented. That is why the government has arranged various trainings. To strengthen the hand of Bangabandhu Sheikh Hasina and to move the country towards development, the youth should be self-reliant.
Just as the role of youth society was commendable in the language movement of 1952, in the freedom war of 1971, youth should come forward to build a smart Bangladesh. BNP strike must be prevented.
Sheikh Hasina’s hand should be strengthened by voting on boat brands in the upcoming 12th parliamentary elections. He said all this at the National Youth Day discussion meeting organized by Upazila Administration and Youth Directorate at Baraigram of Natore on Wednesday.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Abu Russell presided over the meeting. The chief guest was Alhaj Dr. Md. Siddiqur Rahman Patwari MP. The meeting was conducted by Assistant Upazila Youth Officer Bulbul Parvez. Acting Upazila Chairman Md. Ataur Rahman and Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Borhan Uddin Mithu were the special guests. Also, Upazila Youth Development Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam, President of Darikhoir Youth Development Association Jewel Rana and others spoke there.
The day includes rallies, discussion meetings, distribution of certificates, loan checks and saplings to the trained youth.
