7th death anniv of Jahanara Begum today

The seventh death anniversary of ‘Ratnagarbha Award’ recipient Jahanara Begum will be observed in her Lalmonirhat residence today.

She was the mother of Dr Md Lutfar Rahman and Dhaka District and Sessions Judge AHM Habibur Rahman Bhuiyan (Jinnah).

Marking the day, Doa mahfil has been be arranged in her residence ‘Jahanara Manjil’ in Storepara and Railway Station Jame Mosque after Asr prayers. The destitute of the area will be fed on the occasion.

Her son AHM Habibur Rahman Bhuiyan, on behalf of the family members, has requested all relatives, friends and well-wishers of the deceased to attend the programme.
