Genelia Deshmukh to pair up with Aamir Khan

Popular Bollywood actor Genelia Deshmukh, who previously collaborated with Aamir Khan in ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa’, joins the cast of the Aamir Khan starrer movie titled ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’.

The movie marks Aamir Khan’s return to the big screen after ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ and is already creating a buzz in Bollywood.

A reliable source revealed, “Aamir Khan believes that Genelia fits the part of a strong, independent woman like a hand in a glove.

After ample discussions with his director, Aamir has brought Genelia on board as the female lead.

Genelia’s role will involve playing Aamir’s love interest, as well as joining the protagonist on a journey to train a team
of specially-abled individuals.”

Aamir Khan himself confirmed his return to Bollywood during a chat with News18 India, stating, “I’m starring in and producing this movie ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’.

We are going ten steps ahead with the theme of ‘Taare Zameen Par’. That movie made you cry; this one will make you laugh.

In ‘Taare…,’ I helped Darsheel’s character, but in this movie, nine people, each with their own set of problems, will help me.”

The movie ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ promises to be a heartwarming and entertaining experience, following Aamir Khan’s successful portrayal in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’.
