Tipu-Prity murder case CMM court to transfer for trial Oct 17

The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka yesterday fixed October 17 to pass order on transferring a case filed about the sensational murder of Awami League leader Jahidul Islam Tipu and college student Samia Afrin Prity, to a designated court for further trial process.

Metropolitan Magistrate Rajesh Chowdhury of the CMM Court fixed the date for order as the case is ready for trial after submitting the charge sheet of the case.
