Executives of Shilpa, Banik Samiti elected

Eminent businessman and Joint General Secretary of Municipal Awami League Shafiqul Islam Bachchu has been elected President for the third time in Shilpa and Banik Samiti, the top organization of businessmen of Ishwardi.

Bachchu was unanimously elected president at the general meeting held at the Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Friday.

Tanveer Malitha was elected as the Vice President of the announced committee.

The executive members are- Abdul Awal Palash, Sirajul Islam Kohinoor, Abdul Aziz Prang, Abul Kalam Azad, Rabiul Awal Sajib, Bikash Karmkar, Rafiqul Islam Rafiq, Mustafa Moktar Aqib, Sharif Uddin, Nazim Uddin, Tofail Biswas, Tariqul Islam, Arfazul Islam etc. .

The triennial general meeting was held on Friday at the office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Municipal Mayor Ishahak Ali Malitha was the chief guest. Shafiqul Islam Bachchu, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, presided.

Haider Ali, Chief Election Commissioner of Industries and Merchants Association was present as a special guest.
