Women political empowerment dialogue held

Aparajitas held a dialogue with political leaders in Rangpur on women’s political empowerment.

The dialogue was organized by Democracy Watch in the auditorium of Caspia Chinese Restaurant in the city on Monday.

The dialogue was held under the chairmanship of Zilla Parishad Chairman Md Mosaddek Hossain Bablu. Rabeya Alim, MP from reserved women’s seat, was the chief guest at the dialogue.

Facilitated by Feroze Nurun-Nabi duo, program coordinator of Aparajitar project in Rangpur cluster, the guests and Aparajitars presented their views on the challenges, possibilities and political commitment and implementation of women’s political empowerment.
