Homage paid to Bangabandhu

Indian Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Pratima Bhoumik, MP, paid tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on the second instant by placing a floral wreath at his mausoleum at Tungipara in Gopalganj.

“It’s my pleasure that I have been able to come to this sacred place Tungipara and pay my respect to Father of the Nation of Bangladesh Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman,” Pratima wrote on her verified facebook page after paying homage to Bangabandhu.

This is a holy place which is associated with Bangabandhu’s eventful life as the greatest Bangalee of all time was born here and taking eternal rest at the same place, she also wrote.
