‘Eti Chitra’ receives uncut censor certificate

In a nod to the genuine love stories of the 90s, young
filmmaker Raisul Islam Anik has crafted the movie ‘Eti Chitra’.

Following its completion, the movie received the green light from the censor board after the screening on Monday, said a press release.

Director Anik told media, “The film ‘Eti Chitra’ is a tribute to the true love stories of the 90s era.

We hope this movie, which encompasses the essence of family, will provide wholesome entertainment for the audience.

We aspire to touch the hearts of our viewers.”

The movie was shot at various outdoor locations in Meherpur, Mujibnagar, Chuadanga, and Khulna, as disclosed by the young
director.

The film will hit the cinemas on October 20, according to the maker.

The central characters in this movie are portrayed by two fresh faces – Rakib Hossain Evan and Jannatul Ritu.

In addition to the lead roles, the film also features
performances by seasoned actors such as Naresh Bhuiyan, Farhad Limon, Moniruzzaman Moni, Sohana Sharmin, Loba Ahmed, Sheikh Swapna, British Babu, Tamim Iqbal, Shahin Mridha, and Kamal Khan, among many others.
