Bidya Sinha Mim: ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ of most organisations

National film award-winning actress Bidya Sinha Mim is becoming the ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ of different organisations or products of the country one after the other.

In Bangladesh, Mim is the ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ of more organisations or products at the present time.

Mim on Thursday told this correspondent that she is currently working as a ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ for about 10 organisations or products.

In the meantime, the actress has become the ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ of a new organisation ie an established paint solution of the country.

Mim has become the first ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ of Lux in her life.

Since then, she has been the ‘goodwill ambassador’ of 20 companies or products.

Notable among which are Lux, UNICEF, Vivo, Biogene, Parachute, Emami, GrameenPhone.

While talking in this regard, Mim told this correspondent, “Being a ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ of an organisation or product is actually not an easy matter.

Those who finally selected me after having inquired about me well but came to make me the ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ of their organisation.

I have worked dedicatedly for every organisation whose organisations I have been ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ till now.

I am still doing the same because I think that working as a ‘Goodwill Ambassador’ of an organisation means working for them. I do if it hurts enough. I always shot 100 per cent in my duties.

That’s why I was able to reach this position today with everyone’s prayers and loves. Every time I join a new organisation as a ‘Goodwill Ambassador’, it opens a new horizon. I know and understand myself anew.

Meanwhile, the movie ‘Antarjaal’ starring me is about to be released. I request everyone to go to the cinema halls and watch the movie in which I acted. I believe everybody will like this movie too.”

Meanwhile, the movie ‘Manush’ directed by Sanjoy Somaddar and starring Jeet and Mim will be released in India on November 24.

Mim’s last successful movie was ‘Poran’ in which she performed brilliantly. Many are hoping that Mim can get the National Film Award again for acting in this movie. Let’s see what happens in the end.
