Elderly man killed in Jashore road accident

An elderly man was killed in a road accident on the Nizampur road in North Burujbagan Taltala junction area under Sharsha upazila of the district Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Khorshed Ali, 65, son of Mokshed Ali, resident of North Burujbagan area of the upazila.

The accident occurred when Khorshed Ali was crossing the road while going home from Taltala junction area. As a speeding motorcycle hit him and he fell on the ground.
