Still, Amin Khan is hundred percent interested in acting

Actor Amin Khan’s involvement with cinema through the talent hunt programme of BFDC titled ‘Notun Mukher Sondhane’.

He made his debut in movie with ‘Abuj Duti Mon’ directed by Mohammad Hossain.

He won the hearts of audience with his acted debut movie.

In that movie, he got Tk 1 as signing money and also received one lakh taka as the honorarium.

But now he does not remember the last movie in which he won the highest honorarium.

Mentioning some of his favourite songs from his own movies, Amin Khan told this correspondent, “Swargo Hote Ei Jogote’, ‘Ami Michael Jackson’, ‘Kokhono Ki Aynate Mukh Dekhona’, ‘O Ranga Bou’, ‘Bidhi Tumi Bole Dao Ami Kar’, ‘Tomar Amar Prem Ek Jonome Noy’, ‘Tumi Amar Bhalobasa – Tumi Hridoyer Bondhon’” – these songs are very dear to me. I still enjoy these songs when I get a chance to retire.

I remember the day that was left.

I like to reminisce by myself.”

Amin Khan has been working as a senior officer at Walton for a long time.

He is rarely seen in acting.

But even then his interest in acting seems to be a little more.

Amin Khan told this correspondent, “It is true that I am very busy with corporate life now.

Walton is now dedicated to me.

But Walton never stopped me from acting.

But Walton told me before joining the job that I can act in dramas and movies as long as I like when I feel like it.

This is why I enjoy working at Walton.

Yes, it is true; I have not been seen in any new work for a long time.

Honestly, times have changed.

There has been a great change in our cinema.

Modernisation has come at the posters.

The production of the movie is going well.

The proof of which were the last Eid movies – ‘Priyotoma’ and ‘Surongo’.

But I have something to say.

New directors should get inspiration and courage.

The movie should be made after selecting the story keeping in mind the audience of all categories.

Simple stories become more enjoyable to the audience.

I have already received several offers to work in movies.

I did not like the story.

Of course, if I like the story, I will act if I like the character because I am still hundred
percent interested in acting.”
