PM mourns death of physicist Prof Bikiran Prasad

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Ekushey Padak winning physicist Professor Dr Bikiran Prasad Barua, an internationally reputed Buddhist leader and Secretary General of Bangladesh Bauddha Kristi Prachar Sangha.

In a condolence message, the premier prayed for salvation of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
