Workers of a garment factory blocked the road near Rice Research Institute on Tuesday morning, demanding their due salaries and arrears.
Workers of Style Craft took position on Dhaka- Joydebpur road around 9.00am and started
demonstration, creating traffic jam in the area.
Workers said that the garment authority did pay salaries for the months of June and July.
Gazipur Metropolitan Sadar Thana OC Ziaul Islam said workers have took position on the road and we are trying to resolve the problem.
