Dashing opener Tamim Iqbal took three injections at a hospital in London of England as part of his treatment recently. Tamim Iqbal has been suffering from back pain for a couple of months. Captain of Bangladesh ODI Cricket team Tamim Iqbal took medication in Bangladesh but he could not become cure. After that he went to London for undergo surgery. But later, he changed his decision and took injections to return to the field as early as possible. The 34-year old Tamim Iqbal took injections after laying down on the table of surgery at a hospital in London. Chief Physician of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Dr. Debashish Chowdhury was present there with him.
Tamim took that kind of injections, which can inactive the nerves for a certain period. But the physicians could not give assurance how much time the injections would act. Sometimes the injections will act for two to three months and sometimes the injections will work for four to five months. Tamim Iqbal will be observation under the physicians at least two days. If the injections act perfectly, then, he can start his fitness training including practice sessions. But Tamim have to take challenge after starting his practice sessions. If the pain return to his back side again, Tamim have to take injections again. If those injections cannot act, Tamim have to undergo surgery. Tamim Iqbal has been suffering from back pain since November last.
