Shakib’s Montreal suffer defeat against Brampton Wolves

Despite Shakib al Hasan’s all-round brilliance Montriel Tigers suffered a 15-run defeat against Brampton Wolves in the ongoing Global T20 Canada 2023 at CAA Centre, Brampton, Ontario. Brampton restricted Tigers to 128-10 in 19.1 overs and successfully defended 144-run target. Shakib was the highest run-getter (28) for Montreal, he smashed four boundaries and a six to play the innings while Dipendra Singh Airee also contributed 28 runs. Logan Van Beek scalped three wickets for Brampton Wolves.
