Bangladesh Women take on India Women in third ODI today

The 3rd One Day International (ODI) match of the India Women Tour of Bangladesh will take place between India Women and Bangladesh Women on the at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur today. The match will start at 9.30am.
India Women have won the 2nd ODI by 108 runs of the 3-match series against Bangladesh Women to make the series squared up at 1-1 on July 19. The third and final ODI match of the series will be the decider.
Earlier, Bangladesh Women beat India Women by 40 runs (according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern Method) in the first ODI at the same venue on July 16.

In the second ODI, India Women batted first and they posted a total of 228 for 8 in 50 overs. Priya Punia was dismissed early on in the innings. Smriti Mandhana played well and scored 36 runs off 58 deliveries. Harmanpreet Kaur also contributed with a 52 run knock. The real game changing knock was played by Jemimah Rodriguez who scored 86 off just 78 balls to take India Women to a competitive total of 228 in 50 overs of play.
During the chase, Bangladesh Women lost 2 wickets early on. Fargana Hoque and Ritu Moni then tried to revive the innings as they scored 47 and 27 runs respectively. Apart from them, none of the batters looked to take the game away from India Women. Jemimah Rodriguez bowled exceptionally well and picked up 4 wickets for just 3 runs to help bowl Bangladesh Women out for 120, as India Women won the match by 108 runs.
