Light to moderate rain likely over country

Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places and a few places with moderately heavy falls at places over the country.
“Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country”, said a met office weather forecast for the next 24 hours beginning from 9am on Sunday, reports BSS.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The axis of monsoon trough runs through Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal to Assam across central part of Bangladesh. One of its associated troughs extends up to North Bay.
