Daughter Tani’s song released in mother Runa Laila’s tune

A few years ago, an exclusive work journey was started at the initiative of Dhruba Guha, the owner of Dhruba Music Station (DMS). And it was a new original song in the voice of four other artistes including Runa Laila herself in the tune of Runa Laila, a renowned musician of the subcontinent. Four songs have already been released on the YouTube channel of DMS.
And this is the first time Runa Laila’s daughter Tani Laila has rendered a song.
The title of the song is ‘Keno Hoye Gechhi Por’. The song is written by Gazi Mazharul Anwar. Music of the song was arranged by Raja Kaasheff.
Runa Laila informed that the song has already been released on the YouTube channel of DMS.
While talking about the song, Runa Laila told this correspondent, “This song was written while Gazi Bhai was still alive. Of the five song project from DMS, Tani’s song was released as the last song. I have composed a tune that matches Tani’s voice. Tani tried to sing the song well from the tune. I hope everyone will like the song. Thanks as usual to Raja Kaasheff for arranging the music of the song with care. Of course thanks to Dhruba Guha for completing this project beautifully.” Meanwhile, Tani Laila is very excited to be able to sing in her mother’s tune. She is very happy to release the song.
Raja Kaasheff, the music arranger of the song, told this correspondent, “I am very proud that Runa Lailaji gave me the opportunity to do monthly arrangements of his songs. That’s why I was able to involve myself in good deeds later.”
Earlier in this project, Ankhi Alamgir, Luipa, Haimanti and Runa Laila herself had rendered original songs in Runa Laila’s tune. These songs were written by Gazi Mazharul Anwar and Kabir Bokul. These songs are considered as exclusive songs on Dhrubo Music Station.
