Nasir, Elias Sunny to play for Atlanta Fire in US Masters T-Ten League

All-rounder Nasir Hossain and veteran Elias Sunny of Bangladesh will play the upcoming US Masters T-Ten League. They will play for Atlanta Fire. Their compatriot Junaid Siddiqui, Farhad Reza and Kamrul Islam Rabbi will also play for Atlanta Fire. It may be mentioned that Nasir Hossain and Elias Sunny were out of Bangladesh National Cricket team.
The United Arab Emirates first launched the 10-over franchise based tournament in 2017. After their success to arrange the ten-over tournament, Canada and Zimbabwe arranged the ten-over based cricket meet. The United States of America (USA) are now going to stage T-Ten League.
Before the T-Ten League, the USA arranged the players’ draft. In that draft, Atlanta Fire have roped in Nasir Hossain, Elias Sunny and other three Bangladesh players.
Indian Robin Uthappa is the Icon Cricketer of Atlanta Fire. West Indies’ cricketer Lendl Simmons, Mohammad Irfan of Pakistan, Dwayne Smith of West Indies, Azam Khan of Pakistan and Chaturanga de Silva of Sri Lanka will also play for Atlanta Fire in the Masters T-Ten League.
Nasir Hossain played for Bangladesh National Cricket team in 2018. The all-rounder played 19 Test matches, 65 One day International (ODI) matches and 31 Twenty20 International (T20I) matches.
Elias Sunny last played for Bangladesh National Cricket team in 2013. He played four Test matches, four ODI matches and seven T20I matches.
