Popular small screen actress Mehazabien Chowdhury is active on social media as well as TV. Recently, this actress gave
a post on Facebook aimed at women.
Mehazabien wrote, “Women: You don’t have to do everything, you don’t have to be a supermom, a super housewife, a super professional, a super woman… Because when your body won’t support you, few people will remember your hard work.”
The actress also wrote, “So go out, travel, walk, be blessed, go to the park, go to a jam, eat what energizes you, fix yourself -Wear what you like, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, never say no and do it for you.”
At the end of the post, Mehazabien wrote, “Kids grow up, husbands don’t always stay, work can easily replace you, the house gets dirty again, but your mental health is also important and you may not get a second chance.”
