BMMDP concludes knowledge-sharing session on micro insurance market

A knowledge-sharing event, titled “Deep Dive into Bangladesh Micro insurance Market – Learning and Way Forward,” was held on Thursday to commemorate the closure of the program titled Bangladesh Micro insurance Market Development Program (BMMDP).
The event served as a platform for engaging discussions and the exchange of valuable ideas, with a focus on addressing the challenges faced in the micro insurance sector, said a press release.
The insights gained from this event will contribute to the design of future phases of the program.

Held at Sheraton Dhaka, the knowledge-sharing event was graced by the presence of Planning Minister MA Mannan, who attended as chief guest.
Senior officials from the government, the Insurance Regulator, and Development Partners also participated, adding their expertise to the discussions.
