Bangladesh becomes ICIC executive member for three years

Bangladesh has been elected member for the Executive Committee of International Conference of Information Commissioners (ICIC) for three years term.
Bangladesh has been elected for the ICIC member by the direct voting of 83 member states around the world during the 14th ICIC conference held in Manila, Philippines on Wednesday.
Chief Information Commissioner Dr Abdul Malek represented Bangladesh at the ICIC conference held from June 19-21.
The nine-member executive committee will now be headed by Mexican Chief Election Commissioner for the next term.
