PM mourns death of ex-Mohila AL leader Taslima

Awami League (AL) President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Friday expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of former vice-president of Bangladesh Mohila Awami League (AL) Taslima Chowdhury.
In a condolence message, the premier prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family, said a press release signed by AL Office Secretary Barrister Biplab Barua, reports BSS.
Taslima Chowdhury breathed her last on Thursday afternoon at the age of 85.
She left behind two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn her death.
