Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti expects Vinicius Jr. to stay on at the club after the Valencia racism incident last Sunday during a La Liga match between both sides.
Racial taunts were directed at the 22-year-old Brazilian international during a La Liga match, causing a worldwide outcry. Vinicius Jr. termed racist insults “inhuman” in a social media post and encouraged sponsors and broadcasters to hold LaLiga accountable.

“What is missing to criminalize these people? And punish the clubs sportively? Why don’t the sponsors charge La Liga? Don’t the televisions bother to broadcast this barbarity every weekend?” Vinicius said.
