Postponed SSC exams to be held on May 27-28

The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations, which postponed due to Cyclone Mocha, will be held on May 27 and May 28.
The Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday.

Professor Md Abul Bashar, Convener of the Inter Education Board Controller Committee and Examinations Controller of the Dhaka Education Board confirmed the matter.

As per notification, the Physics, Bangladesh History and Civilization, and Finance and Banking examinations will be held from 10am to 1pm, which examinations scheduled for May 14 will be held on May 27 under the boards of Cumilla, Jessore, Chattogram and Barishal.
On the other hand, the examinations scheduled for May 15 will be held on May 28. The Home Science, Agricultural Education, Music, Arabic, Sanskrit, Pali, Physical Education, and Arts and Crafts tests will be held from 10am to 1pm under the boards of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jessore, Chattogram, Sylhet, Barisal, Dinajpur and Mymensingh.

Apart from it, the notification has also been said that the practical examination of all subjects including Music must be completed between May 29 and June 4.
At the same time, print copies, practical answer sheets, signatures and other ancillary documents have been asked to be submitted to the secondary branch by June 11 by arranging in order of roll numbers, the notification said.
