Discussion on role of mass media held

A meeting on “Role of Media in Prevention and Development of Rumors” was held in Rangpur. District Commissioner Dr. Chitralekha Nazneen was present as the chief guest in the meeting held at District Commissioner’s the Conference Room o on Tuesday afternoon. Superintendent of Police Md. Ferdous Ali Chowdhury was present as a special guest.

PID Deputy Chief Information Officer Md. Moshiur Rahman presided over the event. Acting General Secretary of Rangpur Press Club Sajjad Hossain Bappi, General Secretary of City Press Club Humayun Kabir Manik, Journalist Marina Lovely and others spoke. On this occasion, journalists from print and electronic media were present.
