Burning heat wave in Ishwardi

After crossing Chaitra, Ishwardi, recognized as the gateway to the northern region, is burning with intense heat even on the first day of Baisakh. The weather office recorded a temperature of 40.8 degrees on this day. The temperature was recorded at 3 pm on Friday (April 14) according to the sources of Ishwardi Meteorological Observatory.
Earlier on Thursday (April 13) at 3 pm, the temperature was recorded at 40.5 degree Celsius. An intense heat wave is flowing over Ishwardi for the past 6 days. Weather observer Nazmul Haque said that the temperature started at the end of Chaitra and is increasing every day. Temperatures are expected to rise further. There is no chance of rain in the next one week.
The minimum temperature on this day (Friday) was 20 degree Celsius. As the amount of water vapor in the air decreases, people’s lives are suffocated by the intense sun and heat. Moreover, due to the increase in the maximum and minimum temperature difference, the weather has become hotter during the day and colder at night, said the Meteorological Office.
From 10:00 p.m. to early morning, due to the cold weather, you have to sleep with something light on your body at night. Ishwardi is very cold during winter.
It is very hot during summer. In the last winter season, the minimum temperature in Ishwardi fell to 6 degrees. Ishwardi is one of the three places that experience severe winters in the country. Now Ishwardi records again in summer. When asked why there is panting in summer and shivering in winter, meteorologists say that this happens due to some geological reasons.
