Arms case against Arav Khan arguments May 7
Court Correspondent :
A Dhaka court yesterday fixed May 7 to hear arguments in the Arms case filed against Rabiul Islam alias Arav Khan.
Judge Murshid Ahmed of the Special Tribunal-14 of Dhaka set the new date.
The court said that self-defense statement of the accused was not recorded as Arav was earlier declared a “fugitive”. So, the next date was fixed for arguments.
Earlier, the tribunal recorded statements of 10 witnesses, including the complainant of the case.
Arav Khan is also an accused in a case filed in connection with the murder of a Police Inspector in 2018.
