After a long time in the coming Eid, the audience will see the popular star duo Apurba-Tareen in a drama. The duo will be seen in the drama titled ‘Priyo Poribar’ written by Mezbahuddin Sumon and directed by the talented play director Rubel Hasan, who has started the production of this drama from last April 2 in the capital’s Uttara area. Shahed Ali, Syed Zaman Shaon, Makhnun Sultana Mahima, Rukaiya Jahan Chamok and several others
have also acted with
Apurba and Tareen.
Director Rubel Hasan informed that Apurba and Tareen will be seen in the role of husband and wife in the drama. Some artistes will be seen as their children. Talking about acting with Apurba for a long time and acting in such a family story, Tareen told this correspondent,
“I am acting in this drama mainly because I like the story. Apurba and I are playing old
age characters together for the first time in this drama. This is my first work with Rubel. He is doing the work with great care and understanding. And as our children, those who are acting in one day’s shooting seemed to be our own family. Everyone is
trying to get into their character and act. Especially I will talk about Apurba. Apurba is trying to present himself appropriately in this versatile character.
To make the character 100 per cent, he is trying to immerse himself in the character all day long, so that the mood is not spoiled. The main thing is that each of us is trying to act by keeping the story in ourselves. I hope the audience will enjoy the drama.”
Apurba shared his feelings by this way, “After more than six years, I am working in partnership with Tareen Apa. Being in the drama, being next to her is a good thing for me, for all of us who work in the drama. Because being with her means learning something new from Tareen Apa. I am learning new things while working with her again after a long time. I have learned a lot from her since the beginning of my acting career – it’s true. Rubel is doing the work with great care.
