Meet on grievance remedy held at Shibalaya

The sensitization meeting on Grievance Redress System (GRS) was held at Shibalay Upazila in Manikganj on Tuesday.
Md. Zahidur Rahman, UNO, Shibalaya Upazila presided over the meeting held at Shibalaya Upazila Parishad.
Deputy Director of Local Government Muhammad Shafiqul Islam was the chief guest at the event organized by Shibaloy Upazila Administration and Wave Foundation.
A day-long sensitization session was held on the occasion on Grievance Redressal Mechanism-What is GRS, its registration and online login, how to submit complaints.
In this, government officials of Shibalaya Upazila and designated members of Lok Morcha (Civic Forum Member) participated.
Shibalaya Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Zahidur Rahman said that all officials and citizens should be made aware of the complaint redressal system-GRS.
Arrangements should be made so that all citizens can get all government services as soon as possible.
