Child killed in Hossionpur

A 7 years old boy died after being run over by a battery operated auto-rickshaw in Hossainpur town of. Kishoreganj on Monday morning. The accident happened on Jamil area of Hossainpur-Pakundia road.
Victim Md. Saad (7) Son of Murad Mia of Zamail area in Hossionpur upazila.
Locals and Police says, a battery-powered autorickshaw headed for Hossainpur hit Saad while crossing the road after the madrasa holiday in the morning. He was seriously injured.
 Later, the locals rescued him and took him to the Upazila Health Complex where on duty doctors declared him dead.
The Officer-in-Charge (OC) in Hossainpur Police Station Md. Asaduzzaman Tito confirmed the matter.
 OC also said, the accident happened due to inadvertence .
