Workshop on Nazrul song ends in Barishal

A two-day long training workshop on performing Nazrul songs in pure tone and voice has started in Barishal on Saturday.
The workshop was organized by Bangladesh Sangeet Shilpi Sanstha in collaboration with Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy and Nazrul Cultural Alliance Barishal.
The training workshop started on Saturday afternoon at District Shilpakala Academy.
Mahamudul Islam, associate professor of music department at Jagannath University and Moidul Islam, instructor of Chhayanot Music College, giving training in the workshop. Two hundred trainees from different schools and colleges of Barishal district participating in the training workshop. Papia Jasmin, President of Nazrul Cultural Alliance Barishal, presided over the opening session of the training workshop.
