Light to moderate rain with squally wind likely

Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at most places over Dhaka, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at many places over Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country, a met release said on Monday.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said the met forecast for the next 24 hours commencing 9am yesterday.
Country’s maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded 30.0 degrees Celsius at Khepupara while the minimum temperature on Monday was recorded 17.1 degrees Celsius at Rajshahi.
Highest rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6am on Monday was recorded 61 millimeters (mm) at Nikli.
