Apu Biswas waiting for debut web film, first produced movie

Apu Biswas, the popular heroine of Bangladeshi cinema, won the hearts of the audience with
her acting in the movie. This is the first time
she has acted in a web film titled ‘Chhayabaji.’ Talented director Syed Shakil has made this
web film produced by RTV.
Apu Biswas said that in this web film she played a dual role. While talking about acting in a web film for the first time, Apu Biswas told this correspondent, “I have been getting offers to work in web films for a long time. But I didn’t work in those web films because I didn’t agree due to the mismatch of bat and ball – because I wanted the story to be great as well as my character to be fresh. The main thing is that whoever wrote the story, the two characters I am playing are written with me in mind, that’s how I felt after the story. I am aware of its director Syed Shakil Bhai. That’s why I really enjoyed working with him.”
“And I got the opportunity to act with respected Tariq Anam Khan Sir in this web film. He is a very talented actor. I got the opportunity to learn many things from him. I have many thanks to the RTV authority because my journey started anew with their produced movie – ‘Shoshurbari Zindabad 2.’ Their production started my journey on a new platform. So this new journey of mine through ‘Chhayabaji’ is a lot of excitement, a lot of joy for me because this is my new challenge for the new platform.” Meanwhile, Apu Biswas has already completed the work of her first produced government funded movie titled ‘Lal Shari’ directed by Bondhon Biswas. National Film Award winning hero Symon Sadik acted opposite Apu Biswas in this movie.
Apu Biswas has previously acted in a movie titled ‘Chhyaabriksho’ opposite Nirab, directed by Bondhon Biswas.
Currently, Apu Biswas is awaiting the release of his first produced movie, said the actress.
