BD take on England in 3rd ODI today

Bangladesh Cricket team will take on England in the third and last One Day International (ODI) match at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium (ZACS) in Chattogram, the port city of the country today. The match will start at 12.00pm (Bangladesh Standard Time). Private satellite channel GTV and private satellite sports channel T Sports will telecast the match live from the venue.
England have already clinched the ODI series 2-0.
Before today’s match, the Tigers and the Lions faced each other in 23 ODI matches. Of them, Bangladesh earned four ODI matches, while England recorded 19 victories.
Marking the last ODI match, most of the cricketers of Bangladesh team took part in their optional practice sessions at the ZACS on 5th march.
Pacer Taskin Ahmed, prolific batter Litton Das, ace all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz, hard-hitter Afif Hossain did not participate in the practice. World class all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan arrived in the ground early and bowled enough time in the net. Captain of Bangladesh ODI Cricket team Tamim Iqbal batted in the net for some time. Experienced batter Mushfiqur Rahim took part in the practice session after followed the routine.
As Bangladesh lost the ODI series at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on 3rd March, the Monday’s ODI game comes as just a formality. But Bangladesh want to win the third ODI as it is their prestige concern.
During the practice session Tamim Iqbal, Head Coach of Bangladesh Cricket team Chandika Hathurusingha inspected the pitch of the ZACS. Later, Tamim though that it is necessary to consult with his experienced teammate Shakib Al Hasan. So, he called Shakib and talked to him about the wicket of the ZACS.
It is an open secret that there is formal condition between Shakib and Tamim. Tamim recently told to the journalists that the relation between Shakib and he might cold outside the ground but inside the field the relation between he and Shakib was totally normal and okay.
In the second ODI between Bangladesh and England Tamim Iqbal celebrated with Shakib after taking a catch from a delivery of Shakib.
However, Shakib, Tamim and Hathurusingha consulted at least 10 minutes about the wicket of Chattogram on Sunday. So, the other members of the team become optimistic that the relation between Shakib and Tamim will be normal everywhere.
