Actor Ferdous reveals himself as a novelist

Popular film actor of two Bengals, Ferdous Ahmed, who received national awards many times revealed himself as a novelist. Ferdous for the first time in his acting career has written a novel titled ‘Ei Kahini Sotyo Noy.’ The cover of his novel was unveiled at Ekushey Book Fair on February 3 in presence of actor Ferdous. Previously, he wrote a piece on Basu Chatterjee’s movie titled ‘Hothat Brishti’ in which he portrayed
the lead role named Ajit. So, it is clear that the actor has a skill for writing. While talking about his novel, Ferdous told this correspondent, “When I was in process of writing the novel, many stories related to my life have been depicted. Everyone knows that I am a very friendly person. I like to be close to people and move forward on the path of the future. Readers will find love in the novel. When I wrote the novel I go through the stories many times. So I believe, if the reader will read my novel once they will like it.”
The actor also said, “I always like to read novels whenever I am free. I had a knack for reading storybooks when I was a student. To this day, I like to read. I have written the novel keeping all types of readers
in mind. I request everyone to collect and purchase my book from Ekushey Book Fair.”
Ferdous completed his honour’s and master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from University of Dhaka. Soon after that, he realised he likes writing.
