Seminar on safe migration, skill dev held

Seminars on safe migration and skill development was held with the aim of increasing foreign employment opportunities, skill development and better welfare and safe migration of migrant people. This seminar was organized at the Sylhet Technical Training Center in Alampura recently.
Sylhet Technical Training Center Principal Sheikh Mohammad Nahid Niaz presided over the seminar as the Chief Guest, Sylhet Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Md. Mujibur Rahman.
He said that expatriates are playing a special role to speed up the development of the current government.
The Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment has taken extensive initiatives for expatriates and to create skilled manpower. Skilled manpower will play an important role in earning foreign exchange and brighten the image of the country.
