Jaya Ahsan completes shooting of her debut Bollywood movie

Popular Bangladeshi actress Jaya Ahsan has completed shooting of her debut Bollywood movie titled ‘Karak Singh.’
The movie, directed by renowned filmmaker Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, casts Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjana Sanghi, Parvathy Thiruvothu and Dilip Shankar along with Jaya Ahsan.
Jaya on Saturday shared her feelings about the movie and time at the shooting in India on her official social media handles. She also thanked the co-actors for being supportive towards her.
Jaya wrote: “I am so happy and grateful to have worked with a fantastic team like this led by director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury or Tony da as we fondly call him. It was a huge experience for me to work with such stalwart actors like Pankaj Tripathi ji and others and I loved every moment of it.”
“There is no limit to how much an artist can learn, everyday we learn new things and shooting for this movie has been an unparalleled experience for me. I thank you and the entire team for being so nice and supportive to me as an actor. Will look forward to working with you guys again,” she also wrote.
Versatile actress Jaya Ahsan has previously appeared in Indian-Bangla movies but this is going to be her first appearance in a Hindi movie.
“This is my first film in Hindi and my character is an integral part of the movie,” said Jaya Ahsan to Hindustan Times earlier.
“I was thrilled and said yes immediately because Aniruddha is the director, and I have Pankaj Tripathi as one of my co-actors. I am excited for the shoot to begin,” Jaya also mentioned.
