Popular pair – Mir Sabbir, Nadia Ahmed’s new news

Mir Sabbir and Nadia Ahmed is
a popular pair of the television screen. Both of them have acted in
a number of television dramas and serial along the way for more than two decades of their acting careers.
Although Mir Sabbir acted on the small screen, many years ago he acted in the movie titled ‘Ki Jaadu Karila’ directed by Chandan Chowdhury. Later in 2021, the
government granted movie titled ‘Raat Jaga Phool’ was released under Sabbir’s direction. It was announced privately that he is going to receive the National Film Award 2021
in category of Best Actor.
On the other hand, Nadia Ahmed was mostly seen to act in television dramas and serials. Besides acting, as she is a dancer, Nadia always
had a brilliant presence in dance
functions too.
At the beginning of 2023, they both started the New Year by acting in drama. But both have worked
in separate dramas.
Nadia wished congratulation in advance to Sabbir to get the National Film Award 2021. However, since the official announcement has not yet come, Mir Sabbir is not campaigning
on his own side.
He informed that in the beginning of this year, he started acting in Sohel Rana Emon’s directed drama serial titled ‘Sorasori Somprochar.’ Within very short days, he will go to Kuakata in Patuakhali to take part in the shooting of BTV produced
a drama, written by Animesh Aich. On the occasion of upcoming Eid, for a satellite channel, the
actor will also start shooting of
a special drama under direction of Mahmudul Hasan Rana.
Meanwhile, on January 5, Nadia Ahmed took part in the shooting of Sokal Ahmed directed Maasranga TV’s ongoing serial titled ‘Pita Bonam Putro Gong.’
The actress informed that she will have to remain busy round this month for her younger sister Nandita’s wedding ceremony
and its related activities.
Mir Sabbir told this correspondent, “The New Year has started well with the shooting of drama as usual. Already I have worked in a drama serial. I will work again in short dramas and serials with good stories. But today I feel really bad for not to go Pabna for attending actor Chanchal Chowdhury’s father’s programme due to have my shooting schedule with Sohag Kazi’s a drama. But of course I have prayer for his father and May his father’s soul rest in peace.”
Actress Nadia Ahmed told this correspondent, “As an actress, I took part in the shooting of an ongoing dram serial on January 5 out of a sense of responsibility. It can be said that this is the beginning of my New Year. Apart from next month, I am not working in this year for now. Coming February, I will return to shooting with Maasranga TV’s ongoing serial ‘Bokulpur Season-2.”
