CSE revises Shariah Index on performance basis

The CSE Shariah Index (CSI) has been reviewed and revised on the basis of the performance of the CSE-listed companies.
The new index will be effective from January 22.
CSE Shariah index (CSI) is reviewed twice in a year.
The new 2 companies which have been included are Beach Hatchery Ltd and Robi Axiata Ltd.
On the other hand, 3 companies i.e., Imam Button Industries Ltd, Shurwid Industries Ltd, and Singer Bangladesh Ltd were excluded from the previous list.
