Farmer dies in severe winter in Bhangura

A farmer died in severe winter in Bhangura under Pabna district. His name is Ahmed Ali alias Aham (65). The incident took place in Zee Kalkoti village of the upazila on Friday morning (December 30). He was working in the field at the time of the incident.
Lecturer Shahjahan Ali, resident of Kalkoti village, said that Ahmed Ali went to the field on Friday morning to cut grass for cows. He fell ill there in severe winter. Ahmed Ali’s son Asadul Haq rushed to his father after hearing the news at 8 am. He died on the way home. Asadul Haque said that his father died due to stroke due to extreme cold.
