BSPA to accord reception to players & journalists

The Bangladesh Sports Press Association (BSPA) will accord a reception to 10 players and 10 journalists marking the 60th Anniversary of BSPA.
In this regard, a press conference was held at the Dutch-Bangla Bank Auditorium in Bangladesh Olympic Association Bhaban on Wednesday. President of BSPA Sanath Babla, General Secretary of BSPA Samon Hossain, Vice-President of BSPA Qazi Shahidul Alam were present at the conference.
The reception programme will be held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the city on December 30.
The players, who will be accorded reception, are: Kazi Salahuddin (Football), Mosharraf Hossain (Swimming), Shah Alam (Athletics), Mosharraf Hossain (Boxing), Monem Munna (Football) (Posthumous), Niaz Murshed (Chess), Asif Hossain Khan (Shooter), Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (Cricket), Siddikur Rahman (Golf), Shakib Al Hasan (Cricket).
The journalists, who will be accorded reception, are: Abdul Hamid (Posthumous) Toufiq Aziz Khan (Posthumous), Badi-Uz-Zaman (Posthumous), Mohammed Qamruzzaman, Abdul Towhid, Ataul Haque Mallick (Posthumous), Matiur Rahman Chowdhury, Dilu Khondker, Shahidul Azam, Mustafa Mamun.
Besides, BSPA will accord a special reception to former noted cricketer and sports personality Raqibul Hasan.
