UNO Arafat given reception in Ramgarh

Khondkar Md. Ikhtiyar Uddin Arafat, the son of a heroic freedom fighter family of Banshkhali, Chattogram has spent his times with praise for his success in implementing many development projects of public importance including education, culture, sports, as the upazila executive officer in Ramgarh of Khagrachari within just 11 months.
Last Monday and Tuesday, he was given a tearful farewell from all quarters of the upazila. He and his wife Tahsina bint Islam, who is working as an executive engineer in Chattogram Roads and Township Department, are going to Australia on January 8 to get higher education from a world-renowned university after being nominated for the Aurads Scholarship. He has been appointed to the Ministry of Public Administration from Ramgarh Upazila to participate in the scholarship.
