Tight security ahead of Christmas

The Elite Force Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has taken up extensive security measures across the country to deal with any untoward situation on the occasion of the Christmas, the religious festival of Christians.
RAB Headquarters Legal and Media Wing Director Khandaker Al Moin confirmed the matter to the media on Saturday noon (December 24).
He said that RAB has always been playing an important role in controlling crime including the arrest of various criminals. RAB’s special forces, helicopters, dog squads and bomb disposal units will be ready all the time to deal with any kind of emergency situation across the country. Khandaker Al Moin said, apart from crime control, RAB has beenable to gain the trust of people from all walks of life by providing security on religious and national important events and days and various service activities.
