Chairman of the Company Wahidul Haque Siddiqui, presided over the meeting. Directors, Managing Director SM Golam Faruk Alamgir, Independent Director, Chief Financial Officer & a large number of shareholders attended the meeting virtually. BDCOM declared 5% Cash & 5% Stock Dividend for the year ended 30th June 2021.
