Deepto Play announces first original film ‘Agnipiurush’

Deepto Play, the latest
addition to the world of
video streaming platforms in Bangladesh, will soon release its first original film titled ‘Agnipurush,’ said a press release. Abul Hayat Mahmud is the director of ‘Agnipurush,’ which is based on the story and screenplay by
Ahmed Khan Hirak.
‘Agnipurush’ tells the tale of the personal and professional challenges faced by a fire-fighter in Bangladesh. The Fire Service and Civil Defense of Bangladesh cooperated in the production of the film.
 ‘Agnipurush’ features popular actors including Sunerah Binte Kamal and Sohail Mondal. The new OTT platform, Deepto Play was launched in November 28 with a pack of Bangla content. ‘Agnipurush’ marks the first film by Deepto Play Originals.
