This is how Chumki-Deepa wants to walk together

Farzana Chumki and Deepa Khandakar are two noted and
celebrated TV actresses. Both of them started their careers in the field of acting more than two decades. Farzana Chumki started her journey in media through contesting in a photo beauty contest. Deepa’s journey was not like that.
After started acting in the media, at one stage, a family bondage was built up between Farzana Chumki and Deepa Khandakar. This bondage was not in the beginning of their careers. Both of them are now residing in the capital’s Dhanmondi area. If there is any family arranged programmes, both of them go to each other’s residences. As a result, their family bondage is increased.
Chumki’s birthday was on November 27. After its one day, on November 28, was the birthday of Deepa Khandakar and Farzana Chumki’s younger son Sandid. Though during that time, there were examinations at schools of Chumki and Deepa’s children. So, despite having no special arrangement, Chumki at her residence a special programme arranged in small scale. Chumki’s husband, actor Mir Sabbir was also present there. Director Shanta Rahman and wife of producer Tuhin Barua, Sham Marma were also present on the occasion.
Meanwhile, Farzana Chumki and Deepa Khandakar are acting together in Nima Rahman directed Banglavision’s ongoing mega serial ‘Gulshan Avenue Season-2’ now. Last year’s December this mega serial started to air on Banglavision. Both Chumki and Deepa are working in this serial with their own likings and comfort.
While talking about acting in the serial, Farzana Chumki said, “In this mega serial, Deepa and I are acting from the very beginning. Our characters in the serial are really nice. Therefore, continuation of the story of the serial, director has full concentration about our roles. Both of us are working joyfully and cordially with other co-actors in the serial. In fact, there is always a nice relationship remains between Deepa and me as co-artistes. Therefore, we have also family relationship between us. We want to continue this relationship in future.” Deepa Khandakar shared her feelings by this way: “There is a long time relationship with Chumki’s family and my family. There is also cordialness among children of us. Working in a field for a long time, obviously a good relationship has made. If there is a good understanding between us, then bondage like a ‘blood relation’ can be set up. This thing happened in case of Chumki’s family. Everybody prays for us as we can walk together in the long run by present status.”
