RAKUB gets new Deputy Managing Director

Muhammad Saiful Alam made the new Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Rajshahi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) recently.
Earlier, he served as the DMD of Janata Bank Limited (JBL). He has been serving at the JBL since his promotion to the post on November 17, said a press release.
During his 34-year long banking career since 1988, he worked as General Manager, Divisional Head and Manager of different branches of Janata Bank Limited. Muhammad Saiful Alam obtained B.Com (Hons) and M.Com in Accounting from Chattagram University (CU).
He travelled to many countries like the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Italy, Indonesia and Switzerland to take part in various training programmes, seminars and workshops on banking.
He was born in a respected Muslim family at Luxinarayanpur village under Begumganj upazila in Noakhali district. He is blessed with one son and a daughter, the release added.
